HAVS Business HUB offers practical support not only to help the VCS bid for, and win public service contracts but also through all stages of contract service delivery.

Stage One: Preparation

  • Find a partner: A brokerage service for partnership working.
  • Productive partnerships: Advice on the strengths and weaknesses of partnership working and consortia delivery.
  • Support to help you put structures in place to make your partnership a success plus hints and tips to reduce the burden of risk for all parties.

Stage Two: Tendering

  • Bid writing: We will help you make your tender stand out from the rest whilst making sure that you have included realistic delivery costs when addressing service specifications.
  • Online submissions: We will help you to avoid any slip ups with the Pre Qualification Questionnaire and the Tender itself.

Stage Three: Delivery

  • Relationships: We will help you develop and manage your relationships with commissioners and sub contractors and we will also be there to help you deal with any conflicts if they arise
  • Monitoring and evaluation: We will help you develop your reporting procedures to make monitoring and evaluating outcomes and outputs as easy as possible.
